The Clifton Park Center has 20 outpatient hemodialysis stations and our Home Therapy Options program has a 3 room home therapies training suite which offers peritoneal dialysis, daily nocturnal home hemodialysis (DNHD) which is monitored via the Internet while patients sleep, and the very convenient NxStage "short-daily" home therapy with a machine that weighs just 70 pounds and is portable so it can be taken on vacations!
