RN'S & LPN'S IN OUR TROY CENTER (FULL TIME)

We are seeking RN'S & LPN'S with excellent communication skills and the desire to apply nursing knowledge as well as learn new skills in a team oriented, patient focused dialysis environment.  Experience in dialysis is preferred, but will consider relevant medical experience for motivated candidates seeking a new career with a chronically ill clientele,  We are an independent, not-for-profit dialysis system with modern centers in Saratoga Springs and Troy.  Revised rates, benefits, shifts and paid training in this medical specialty.  Premium staff differential for a 4 evening/every other Saturday shift commitment!  (We Staff a 3 to 1 patient to staff ratio!)

REGISTERED NURSES

We employ RN's as our most senior clinical floor staff and in Charge positions. If you like to care for the chronically ill ESRD population, be a part of a care team including LPN's, PCTs, Dietitian, CSW and Nephrologists...we could be the right place for you to grow!  Our RNs carry Primary patient assignments, give medications, and perform all essential aspects of the dialysis treatment.  A positive communication style and the ability to use or learn unique dialysis nursing skills are important.

Licensed Practical Nurses

LPN’s are an important part of our overall patient care team. They can give medications, carry a Primary patient assignment, and perform all aspects of the dialysis treatment. Our patient population tends to be older, so experience with long term care or chronically ill patients is very helpful. If you have experience or have a real desire to learn dialysis skills, we would like to review your resume.

Patient Care Technicians

  Our Patient Care Technicians come from a variety of backgrounds but many have phlebotomy or long term care experience. Our Technicians learn all aspects of the dialysis treatment, including the ultra-pure water supply system and some “cross-train” to be able to do jobs in other areas such as Dialyzer Reprocessing and Hospital Inpatient Acute dialysis treatments. If you have a High School educations and some professional experience, preferably in a health related field, please stop by or request an application.

Receptionist/Secretary

Our Saratoga Center is seeking a part time Receptionist/Secretary (medical back ground preferred),  dependable, courteous individual for a rotating  Monday thru Friday shift  and Saturdays for receptionist, filing/copying, typing, and patient waiting room supervision.  Good communications, positive attitude and willingness to help patients and staff are a must.  (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs & Fri 4:30 to 8:30 PM ). (Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00PM)  Please stop by or request an application.
